Custom Home Process

Your dedicated Building Supervisor will be there for you throughout every stage of the build, right through to handover.

Explore

The amazing part of working with a custom builder on your home design is that it can be created to suit your lifestyle and needs. During the explore phase, our experienced Business Development Consultants will work with you to uncover your build vision and the design potentials. You will also learn more about our services and what we have to offer you.

Quote

Based on the desired inclusions, site conditions and the design layout, we will present our indication of the budget. It is important that you have a good idea of your home design early on in the building process. This will reduce any change of mind that will lead to additional costs later down the track.

Design

Once the design principals of your project and budgets are aligned, we will then guide you through the design process, presenting concept sketches and floorplans. This is where you will see how we use your vision as the inspiration behind the design and flow of your home, uniquely shaping it around the way you live.

Gallery

Once the design is finalised, you will then undertake the exciting task of selecting the finishes for your home at our Studio. One of our designers will help through the selections process with you. You are never be on your own during this process

Contract

At this point, your dream home starts to become a reality! Once the design process is completed and you are happy with the layout and selections, your builder will prepare a comprehensive contract outlining every detail of the project: costs, insurances, timing and the specific personal requests you have made for your custom home. Once signed, permits will be ordered whilst your home is prepared for the building phase.

Build

As construction begins your dedicated Building Supervisor will be introduced to you. They’ll oversee every aspect of your build throughout this stage, working to timelines ensuring  high level of detail and quality standards are adhered to. They’ll also communicate with you on the progress of your home so you are kept up-to-date at all times.
